I founded The Juniper Company in 2002 after working in change management and marketing communications at a senior level for a number of years. My strengths are in my keen observation skills, coaching and facilitation and I am a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. I take a very much “hands on” approach to everything I do and enjoy working closely with my team and our clients.
My particular passion is equestrian eventing and I am currently learning to commentate at British Eventing events.

With more than 10 years in account management, I combine my experience in managing complex projects with a people-centred approach and passion for building lasting relationships. I always strive to go the extra mile and my aim is for our clients to feel we have exceeded their expectations.
Outside of work, I love to get outdoors and enjoy going for regular hikes in the stunning local countryside. I also consider myself a bit of a “foodie” and love to try out new recipes at home or dine-out when I can. In either case, I am happiest when sharing these experiences with my friends and family.

Outside of work, I find joy in nature, whether it's biking, taking long walks, or spending quality time with my family. I love to travel, bake, and sing, and I often indulge my creative side through photography and videography.

Having spent more than 15 years refining my skills as a wordsmith, I particularly enjoy writing attention-grabbing content. I love delivering copy that reaches out to people and makes them feel inspired.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors and can usually be found riding my horse, walking my dog, or following wildlife with a camera in my hand.
