Nicki Kavanagh Managing Director

I founded The Juniper Company in 2002 after working in change management and marketing communications at a senior level for a number of years. My strengths are in my keen observation skills, coaching and facilitation and I am a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. I take a very much “hands on” approach to everything I do and enjoy working closely with my team and our clients.

My particular passion is equestrian eventing and I am currently learning to commentate at British Eventing events.

Laura Riches Finance & Office Administrator

I’ve been part of the Juniper team for the last 11 years and have worked with wonderful teams of people, all with a passion to help others be the best possible version of themselves. I have worked in various roles from Learning and Development Co-ordinator to Executive Assistant, utilising more than 20 years of administrative and project management experience in large and small businesses. I thrive in an environment where I can use my experience to develop and cultivate procedures keep a sharp eye on the detail and apply method to madness!

When I am not with Juniper I enjoy spending time with my family and getting out and about, especially by the sea. I have three children who keep me very busy!

Emily Kavanagh Marketing Assistant

I have just started my placement year with Juniper as part of the third year of an Events Management degree at Bournemouth University. I have a passion for marketing and hope to gain as much experience in this sector as I can during my time with the team. I'd also like to demonstrate and apply the skills I have already acquired through the delivery of engaging marketing activities.

I enjoy photography in my spare time, after studying it through school and college - who knows, maybe I'll be able to put that to good use?!

Victoria Davis Programmes and Marketing Assistant

I have recently joined the team at Juniper, and hope that my career within the events industry will allow me to lend my experience,knowledge and skills to organising successful programmes for our clients. I also have a strong interest in the marketing side of the business, and I am looking forward to developing my skill set further within this role. I am client focused with an enthusiastic approach and a willingness to exceed expectations.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking (baking especially),traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
