How we choose topics for our Juniper content

By: The Juniper team, 15 May 2025 Categories: Culture & engagement, Team News

Recently, we were asked on LinkedIn: "Would you share more about the [Juniper] newsletter's focus? I'm curious how you select topics that resonate with readers." This question inspired us to share our approach to content creation, not only for our newsletter but also for our website and LinkedIn.

Listening to our audience

We actively listen to our audience, whether it’s feedback directly from clients, content in emails, polls on social media, or comments on our LinkedIn posts (like the inspiration for this blog). By engaging with our audience, we can tailor our content to better meet their needs and interests.

Whilst we always consider what will resonate with those who follow us, our content also needs to reflect our areas of knowledge and our passion. By sharing our expertise and insights on the topics we know and love, we ensure that our content is not only engaging and relevant but also authentic and informative. This approach allows us to provide valuable thought leadership that aligns our services with the interests of our connections and clients.

Sharing our latest thought leadership and learnings

Every project we undertake is an opportunity to collaborate closely with our clients, learn from their unique perspectives, adapting to how they like to work and what they value most. We take great pride in showcasing these insights in our content, sharing the ways we continually refine our practices to better serve our clients. Our aim is to reflect our teamwork, unwavering focus on our clients' needs, and meticulous attention to detail in everything we create.

In summary, our content strategy is a blend of meeting our audience’s needs, communicating our passion, showcasing our successes, and maintaining balance and relevance. We believe that by staying true to these principles, we can create content that not only informs but also inspires our readers.

We’d love to hear from you! How do you approach planning the content you create? Share your strategies and insights in the comments on our LinkedIn page. Let's learn from each other and continue to create content that resonates.
