Juniper goes 100% mobile!

With clients based all over the world, seamless collaboration is critical to our success. . We need to share and update documents in real time and collaborate on files simultaneously.

Working virtually throughout 2020 and most of 2021 presented an opportunity to review our technology needs. We consulted our IT provider, Purple Jelly, and agreed that it was time for us to unify our IT and telecoms. In early September, after some careful planning, we migrated data and telephony fully to the MS Cloud, with zero downtime or impact on our work. As a result, we have de-commissioned our server and desk phones, making us 100% agile. We can work anywhere with full flexibility, using Teams phones on our laptops, and SharePoint-based files and all our data is backed up by the minute.

We now have a more reliable solution and no risk of hardware failure, with multi-factor authentication and email quarantine in place, increasing our online security. And last but, equally important, the removal, then recycling of our hard server has reduced our energy consumption, which is better for the environment.

An all-round win! Thanks, PJ, especially Matt Anderson who worked from our offices throughout the migration, ensuring he was on hand to answer our questions and we were fully supported.
